Welcome, dear future housemate and co-owner of the Eötvös-House!

Your future apartment is on the second floor. It has 64.88 sqm floor area with 8.87 sqm balcony. Besides the living room and two bedrooms, one bathroom and one toilet. You can fing further information and precise numbers to the floor area under "Rooms and floor area".

The house has 4 floors in summon (incl. the attic floor) and an own elevator. It is classified in energy category "A". All of the construction materials are modern and high quality products.

Heating and cooling are provided by air-to-water heatpumps (one each apartment), with the advantageous electic rate "H". Every rooms are applied with a low-temp in-floor heating, which is a modern, healthy and comfortable solution. In the basic configuration the apartments have one fan-coil in the living room for the cooling. You can order additionally other ones to any of your rooms. The ventilation is guaranteed by gravity-ventilators, in the bathrooms and toilets there are special ventilators with timer function. Optionally (for extra charge) you can change this system to a heat-recovery-ventilation. It brings fresh air continuously in your apartment.

The thermo- and acoustic insulation is reached by triple-layered glazing. To enlighten the communal areas and operate the elevator, we use our own solar power. The common charge is kept low this way. The color of the doors inside the apartments is freely variable due to the CPL system. Between the apartments are acoustic insulation walls and floors mounted to give a higher level comfort. All our apartments have (above 60 sqm twice) a built-in water tank of the toilet and a wall-mounted WC.

Your safety and the comfortable welcome of your guests is increased by an intercom system with camera. With the optionally orderable smarthome system, you can control your home via internet anytime, and also achieve major savings (for further information click here).

3-phase power supply is standard in every apartments, meaning 3 x 16A current strength e.g. for your kitchenware with high electric demand (oven, hotplate, etc.). On our generous balconies you can also find place for a table for 6 person. Our laminate floor is optimised for in-floor-heating systems, and is water-repellent. The tiles are highly wear resistant, you can choose from a large range of colours. The high-quality sanitary installations are uniform in the house (high-gloss-white ceramics). Warm water is provided by one of the best quality and also optically appealing Ariston Velis boiler. You can change this optionally in an indirect cold-warm-water reservoir.
